After beginning his Sales journey in 2017, Managing Director Ash founded Bonsai in 2021 to provide a unique and effective approach to Sales and Marketing. From humble beginnings, we have since worked with a wide variety of world-leading businesses in diverse industries ranging from commercial clients, charities, and home efficiency companies. In fact, we are passionate about working with companies who are serious about making a difference - economically, socially or culturally - as it provides a great motivator for the team knowing they are contributing to great causes.

Bonsai was formed to recognise the latent talent in individuals. We recognise the potential that people have, rather than the experience they’ve gained, by providing an opportunity for young professionals to joint at an entry level, gain priceless transferable skills and progress in their careers. Through developing a team of passionate and talented sales people, we ensure the businesses we work with exceed their targets and reach their organisational goals - oh, and we have a lot of fun at the same time!

The answer is obvious but vital to any business: More customers.

By going direct to potential customers, our Sales team build genuine connections with people through one-to-one conversations. We convey the message, product or service of our clients, and are able to understand each individual customer and provide appropriate solutions. Through this personalised engagement and relationship-building with each individual, we are able to bring on board long-term customers and provide a high-return of investment for the amazing clients we work with.
