Ash began his journey in 2016 - looking for a change from the roofing trade, he began as a Brand Ambassador in the Sales Program with little sales experience. Driven by a desire to progress, he accelerated his development through the Business Development Program and now runs the leading Direct Sales and Marketing company in Wales. Not bad for a roofer eh?

Having been in the position before of those who begin their career in sales, he ensures that all Brand Ambassadors are invested into and trained to a high professional standard. It's also his leadership that has allowed us to achieve the extraordinary heights we have.

From studying MSc Social and Public Policy, to the driving force behind Bonsai.

At just 20 years of age, Chris is the embodiment of what Bonsai stands for - regardless of a person’s age or experience, having the potential and effective qualities enables you to progress to great heights in our industry.

Having worked in hospitality, retail and a short stay in recruitment in the past, Chris joined Bonsai at the beginning of 2024. Since then, he has worked hard to develop an excellent skillset in Sales and has achieved advancement after advancement in the Business Development Programme. He is currently learning the skills and qualities for running his own division in 2025, and his eventual goal is to head his own Direct Marketing company.

While pursuing Law at university, he decided to look for work over summer in a brand new industry - it’s safe to say that he hasn't looked back.

He hit the ground running as soon as he joined. With no prior experience, his work ethic, reliability and ceaseless desire to learn within the role has driven him to a senior position with the company. He is an excellent salesman, great with people and his potential is limitless.

Dylan's goal is continue his extraordinary progression at Bonsai and eventually run his own office one day - He really is Newport's finest export!

A former BA Engineering student, Yosri is intelligent, ambitious and a person who excels at both Sales and coaching others.

His career at Bonsai is still in its infancy, but during his time here he has displayed all the characteristics of someone who will succeed in our industry - work ethic, the ability to coach and lead others, as well as a proactive student mentality and ambitious drive to succeed in any given position.
